We pack honey within strong and secure boxes supplied by USPS, and cover the cost of any breakage before it reaches you. Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept return of any products purchased online. The packages are insured from our warehouse to your doorstep. In the unlikely event that your honey arrives broken, dispose of it and we will return your money or replace your honey. As of September 16, 2016, we are shipping on a monthly basis. Shipping occurs on the 15th of each month and depending on your location will arrive within 5 business days.
Your payment includes expert packaging in secure containers, and shipping to your door by USPS. We will email you a confirmation number as soon as your item is shipped. Expect to receive your honey or subscription box 8-10 days after the 15th of each month. While we take all care to choose reliable and fast delivery methods, we cannot guarantee these dates as they are out of our direct control. Shipping is added at purchase and is priced for inside the Continental US.
